Short Term Rental (Air BnB) Forms

Air BnB requirements include: 

• Fully completed and signed application for Short Term Rental License.
• Filled out Knox Box Application if applicable.
• Parking Lease Information if applicable
• Short Term Rental Occupancy Form fully completed and signed.
• All fees paid via Check, Cash or Credit card. (Credit card fees apply to all credit card transactions)
