Bill Discount Program Launches In 2018

Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority’s (PWSA) monthly Bill Discount Program is now accepting applications for enrollment. The program was adopted by PWSA’s Board of Directors in November 2017, and customers can now begin working with Dollar Energy Fund to confirm their eligibility and enroll in the monthly discount program. “PWSA is pleased to offer this relief to those having difficulty paying their water bill,” stated Robert Weimar, PWSA Interim Executive Director. “We realize that the rate increase adopted this past November places a burden on some of our customers and we encourage those in need of assistance to contact Dollar Energy Fund to determine their eligibility.”
