Waste Management Service Updates

By now, all property owners/tenants should have received their new refuse containers from Waste Management.

If you have not received a container, or if you have requested a 35-gallon container but received a 64-gallon container, please contact Michele Revay at the Borough at 412-821-2777 x 3134 or via e-mail.

If you are looking to purchase an additional container, please contact Waste Management at 1-800-451-3060 to purchase. We will not be selling additional refuse containers at the Borough. 

Each household is permitted a maximum of two (2) refuse containers. If you have purchased a similar style container on your own, with the metal bar and wheels, you are permitted to continue using those containers. We do request that all refuse be contained in the refuse containers with the lid closed.

Starting next Monday, 3/20/2023, the Borough will be collecting all unattended containers on Borough streets and sidewalks, so we do ask that you secure your container to your property.
