Ross/West View EMSA Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fee Letter

Recently, Millvale Borough Council, along with four neighboring municipalities, passed an ordinance that will allow Ross/West View EMSA to collect an EMS fee for services rendered within those municipalities.

Millvale Borough residents, you will receive in the mail an invoice for an EMS fee from Ross/West View EMSA. 

This is a mandatory fee, unlike the usual donation letters you receive in the mail from time to time. The fee will be paid directly to Ross/West View EMSA by all households/businesses in the five communities that they provide service.

In return for this fee, Ross/West View EMSA will waive any out-of-pocket expense for residents/business owners should they need to use emergency ambulance services. The annual fee is $55.00, but you can enjoy a discounted rate of $49.50 if you pay prior to June 1, 2023.
