PWSA Rate Increase Information

Millvale residents, as you may have read or heard, PWSA is working with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) on a proposed settlement regarding its 2022 and 2023 water, wastewater conveyance, and stormwater rate increase proposal.  Please note that PWSA provides ONLY water service to Millvale Borough. Girty’s Run Joint Sewer Authority is responsible for sewer and stormwater conveyance and ALCOSAN for sewer and stormwater treatment. The PWSA rate increase will be limited to water service ONLY for Millvale residents. The proposed creation of fees for wastewater conveyance and stormwater will NOT be billed to Millvale residents.
