Millvale Facilities Rental Guide for 2023

 Millvale Borough will start accepting bookings for 2023 the Millvale Community Center and Millvale Riverfront Park Pavilion starting December 14, 2022.

What is a BOOKING? A booking is simply a hold on the space, the Borough will accept bookings on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a list will be compiled of all bookings after the first Booking.

• Bookings are accepted by phone, email or via our online booking calendars. 
• Millvale Community Center Booking Inquiry Calendar

• Booking does not guarantee the use of a facility.
• One Booking will be accepted per individual and or business.
• The Borough will confirm your Booking via phone or email.

It is expected that payments will begin in January. No fee will be accepted until Borough contacts you requesting payment. Once payment is requested, you will have up to five business days to complete payment requirements, either via our convenient online payment system, Millvale Dropoff Box, or US Mail. If you do not complete payment in 5 days, your Booking will be offered to the next Booking on the list.

• Once payment is accepted, the facility is reserved, and further payment procedures will be forwarded.
• Payment types accepted will be via our online payment system on our website (http://www.millvalepa.com), personal check, money order or bank-certified funds. Cash is also accepted, and the Borough does accept credit cards, with a small service fee.
• The Borough reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any-time without cause.
• Full refunds will be provided within three weeks of Borough cancellations. 
• Should the renter cancel, Borough reserves the right to keep the rental deposit.

Renter is responsible for adhering to all CDC, Commonwealth, County, and Borough COVID guidelines.
