From the Millvale Borough Police Department:

"4th of July fireworks reminder:

In the attached link, you will find the regulations and guidelines for fireworks in PA.

Please note, our Borough is an older community with many older houses meaning that they are that much more susceptible to catching fire from falling debris.

With the current PA laws, there is nowhere within Millvale Borough that fireworks can legally be set off at. If caught, violators will be cited and depending on the time, a citation for violating the Boroughs noise ordinance will also be issued. Please be kind and courteous, we understand it is a holiday weekend but there are many people that work on weekends and in the morning, young children, elderly couples, and animals that may be startled by the noise.

Fireworks cannot be set off at the Millvale Ballfield or Riverfront

Thank you for the cooperation and lets all have a happy and safe 4th of July!"
