Halloween is not a Borough sponsored event, it is up to you to decide if you want to participate. The Borough suggests the following if you do participate.
Please leave your porch light ON if you are handing out candy.
Please leave your porch light OFF if you are not handing out candy.
Follow ALL CDC guidelines.
Follow ALL County and PA guidelines.
Wear costumes that are visible and carry flashlights or glow sticks.
