Borough Statement on the passing of former Mayor of Millvale, Vincent Cinski

It is with great sadness that we, the Borough of Millvale Council, Mayor Brian P. Spoales, Millvale Police Department, Millvale Volunteer Fire Department and all employees of the Borough of Millvale, inform you of the passing of the former Mayor of Millvale, Vincent Cinski.

Mayor Cinski was appointed to Council in September of 1992 and served as a council person through January of 2006 (13 years and 4 months). In January of 2006, Mayor Cinski was appointed Mayor and served in that capacity until January 2018 (12 years). His total time in public service to Millvale was 25 years and 4 months.
