Millvale Military Banner Program

The Borough of Millvale and VFW/AL Post 118 have always taken great pride in the people who served in our military. The Military Banner Program will honor our brave service members who are currently serving and those who have served in the military by displaying a 16”x45” full-color double-sided banner. These banners will be displayed in Millvale on Grant and North Avenues between Memorial Day and Veterans Day. We are proud to announce that we are now accepting initial applications for banners.

Please note: 

Photos must be emailed; no hard copy photos will be accepted. DO NOT send hard copy photos. The Borough will not be responsible for lost or damaged photos or returning the photo. If you are needing assistance digitizing your photo, please contact Michele Revay at the Borough Office either in person or over the phone at 412-821-2777 x 3134.

High-Resolution photo, black and white, or color of Honoree in uniform is preferred. Photo must be of the Honoree only. The sponsor is responsible for scanning all photos 150 DPI (what is DPI?) or more in a JPG file, saved under Honoree’s first and last name. Authorization of proofs required by the sponsor prior to printing banner.
