Billed monthly, but calculated in 3-month periods.

  • $14.50 is divided by 3 for up to 5,000 gallons.
  • Customers are billed $6.00 per month until they use 5,000 gallons.
  • Customers surpassing 5,000 gallons are then billed $6.00 for each 1,000 gallons used. 
  • If the customer exceeds the 5,000 gallons in month one, they are billed the full $14.50 and then the difference. 
  • If the customer exceeds the 5,000 in month two, they are billed the remaining $9.67 and then the difference.
