UPDATE Borough GRJSA Billing

Millvale Borough has determined that the fees for Girty’s Run Joint Sewer Authority provided to Jordan Tax Service were miscalculated. As such, residents were not charged correctly for Girty’s Run Joint Sewer Authority Services. The Borough has identified and corrected the fee. The Borough has provided the updated fee (new fee $14.50 for the first 5,000 gallons and $6.00 per 1,000 gallons after 5,000) to Jordan Tax Service who will be adjusting future billing to reflect the updated fees. The Borough is also working with Jordan Tax Service to make sure any overcharge is compensated. With the emergency declaration and Commonwealth stay at home order the Borough and Jordan Tax Service are working as quickly and safely as possible to resolve this issue. Additionally, be assured that all other charges on your bill have been reviewed and are correct. The Borough thanks Jordan Tax Service for working diligently on this matter.
