PWSA Billing Updates - August 2022

On Monday, August 8th, PWSA transitioned to a new customer portal.  It offers customers new tools to manage their accounts under one username and password.  Due to this transition, the average hold time to reach PWSA Customer Service via phone is higher than normal.

Customers can avoid waiting on hold by reporting issues with the portal via a webform available on our website.  The webforms are submitted directly to Customer Service so they can immediately begin working to resolve the issues. The webform can be found at:  https://www.pgh2o.com/residential-commercial-customers/account-billing-info/customer-advantage-portal/customer-advantage.

Additional information about the portal, tips for creating an account, and frequently asked questions are also available on our website at:  https://www.pgh2o.com/residential-commercial-customers/account-billing-info/customer-advantage-portal

Be assured that bills are continuing to be mailed to customers and payments are being processed. Due to the implementation of our new system, PWSA will not assess late fees or interest during August and September if payments are received after the due date.
