Permit Review Procedure

The major components of the permit review procedure are
 

1. Application and plan submittal
   1. Permits must be complete and provide all requested information, incomplete permits will not
   2. Be reviewed
   3. Copy of workers’ compensation certificate
2. All contractors listed on permit applications must provide their pa registration number
3. Plan review
4. Inspections

State law mandates that a fine of up to $500.00 to any person who performs work without a permit if the construction is of a nature, which requires a permit, additional penalties of project closure, daily fines and correction and/or replacement of all work done without a permit will be enforced.
