Inspections

Our borough hires an independent third party to provide complete inspection services and construction document reviews.*

This means to ensure health, safety and property value we require the following
 

• Building permits prior to construction
• A final inspection by a code enforcement officer
• Occupancy permits for renters, leasors and those moving into Millvale obtained in advance.
