Millvale Borough Council is the legislative body of Borough government

Millvale was Incorporated by Act of Assembly, February 13, 1868, and it is now regulated by a council of seven members. Each of our members is either elected-at-large for a four-year term or appointed to a two-year term. Serving and liaising various boards, departments and committees, the seven members of the council pass ordinances, adopt operating budgets and approve appointments.
